As a fully insured and qualified Hypnotherapist and therapist, I adhere to the rules and ethics set by the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and National Hypnotherapy Society. Additionally, I am a certified EFT practitioner and employ Compassionate Focused Therapy, CBT, and other effective techniques. My extensive training and experience enable me to offer comprehensive support tailored to your unique needs.

More About Me

Outside of my work, I have a bustling family that keeps me on my toes. They bring me joy and keep me busy. I’m also a sports enthusiast who loves a good challenge. Whether it’s participating in Tough Mudder, a thrilling 5K run with 13 exciting obstacles, or engaging in various sports, I thrive on pushing myself to new limits. Oh, and I love cats!
In my downtime, you’ll find me immersed in books, dancing, writing, and meditating. Starting each day with a 20-minute meditation is my secret weapon, it energises me, clears my mind, and sets the tone for a focused and motivated day ahead.
