About The Programme

This is a six-week small-group programme for women 35+ who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from their own inner voice.

Rather than focusing on fixing behaviour, this space supports you to rebuild self-trust, emotional steadiness, and clarity, at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

How the Programme Works

From Overwhelm to Self-Trust is a six-week, small group programme designed to support steady, reflective change, without pressure, urgency, or performance.

This is not a course you need to keep up with or get “right.”
It’s a contained space where clarity and self-trust are allowed to emerge at their own pace.

Consists of:

Weekly live group sessions (gentle, structured, and paced)

Small, intentionally contained group

Sessions are reflective rather than instructional

You’re never required to share more than feels safe or true

Each session offers:

A grounding opening to settle the nervous system

Simple prompts or reflections to explore internally

Space to listen, notice, and integrate, rather than analyse or fix

The Programme In More Detail

Rather than moving week-by-week through content, the program unfolds in phases.

Weeks 1-2: Creating Safety & Orientation
We begin by slowing things down.
This phase focuses on establishing emotional safety, reducing internal pressure, and noticing the patterns that contribute to overwhelm, without trying to change them at this time.

Weeks 3-4: Noticing Patterns & Inner Responses
As steadiness builds, attention gently turns toward how you relate to yourself:
how decisions are made, where doubt shows up, and what happens when you override your own signals.

This isn’t about fixing habits, it’s about understanding them with more honesty and less judgment.

Weeks 5-6: Rebuilding Trust & Integration
In the final weeks, the focus is on integration: learning how to stay connected to yourself in everyday moments, especially when things feel uncertain or emotionally charged.

Self-trust here isn’t a mindset; it’s a felt sense of being able to stay with yourself.

Your Role

You don’t need to prepare, perform, or push yourself.

Your role is simply to:

  • Arrive as you are
  • Notice your inner experience with curiosity
  • Engage at a pace that feels steady and respectful

Silence is welcome. Reflection is enough.

Is This Right for You?

This programme tends to suit women who are:

  • Self-aware and reflective
  • Tired of constant overwhelm and burnout
  • Ready to relate to themselves differently, without force

It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • Therapy or crisis support
  • Quick fixes or confidence hacks
  • Someone to tell you what to do

Next Steps

If what you’ve read here feels steady and familiar, the next step is to complete the application.

The application is a reflective screening form designed to help you decide whether this program feels like the right fit for you at this time. There’s no obligation and no expectation that you have everything figured out.

If it feels aligned, you’re welcome to continue.

FAQ's

Is this therapy?

No. While the programme is therapeutically informed and led by a qualified psychotherapist, it is not therapy and does not replace individual therapeutic support. The focus is on education, reflection, nervous system safety, and self-responsibility rather than diagnosis or treatment.

Who is this programme for?

This programme is for women over 35 who are self-aware, reflective, and experiencing overwhelm linked to people-pleasing or long-standing patterns of self-abandonment. It’s particularly suited to women who want to reconnect with themselves calmly, without pressure or emotional intensity.

Who is this programme not for?

This programme is not suitable for people in active crisis or for those seeking advice, fixing, or emotional rescue. Participants need to be willing to take responsibility for their inner world and engage at a steady, reflective pace.

Do I have to share personal details in the group?

No. You are never required to share more than feels safe for you. Listening, reflecting, and noticing your own responses are all valid ways of participating. Emotional safety and choice are central to this work.

What is the group format like?

The programme runs over six weeks with weekly live group sessions. Groups are kept small (around 10 – 12 participants) to ensure a calm, contained, and supportive environment.

Will there be work to do between sessions?

There may be gentle reflection prompts offered between sessions, but there is no mandatory homework. This work respects capacity and encourages integration rather than pressure.

How do I know if this is right for me?

If you feel drawn to the idea of learning how to stay with yourself, trust your inner voice and stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable and you are not in active crisis, this programme may be a good fit. A short application or conversation helps ensure it’s right for you and for the group.
