You can expect a safe, confidential space where you are truly listened to without judgement. Each session is shaped around your needs, whether you’re here for anxiety, stress, weight wellness, self-esteem, or support around neurodiversity.
2. Do you work with neurodiverse clients?
Yes. I specialise in supporting autistic and ADHD adults, parents of neurodiverse children, and those who feel their minds work a little differently. My approach is gentle, clear and always respectful of your unique way of experiencing the world.
3. How can therapy help with weight loss?
My weight wellness work is not about strict diets or punishing routines. Instead, I combine hypnotherapy, mindset coaching and practical strategies to help you break free from unhelpful habits, build self-kindness and reconnect with your body in a positive way.
4. What kinds of therapy do you offer?
I draw on a range of approaches, including hypnotherapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), psychotherapy, CBT tools, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and mindfulness. This means sessions can be tailored to what works best for you.
5. How long do I need to come for therapy?
That’s entirely up to you and depends on what you want to achieve. Some people come for just a few sessions, others benefit from ongoing support. We will regularly review how you’re feeling to make sure it continues to meet your needs.

Yes. I offer sessions online and in person (where available) so you can choose what feels most comfortable and convenient.
